1990:   Design project at a Radio Station.

Action-research project where two researchers and a postgraduate student together with a group of three journalists and a secretary from an editorial unit of a radio-station worked to identify appropriate computer sup-port for editorial work and administrative follow-up in the particular editorial unit. The editorial unit had fifteen journalists, a small number of freelance reporters, and two secretaries. The project was set up by the editorial unit to clarify their own needs in terms of computer support in order to prepare for management plans for implementing a standard product developed and "run" by the central IT-department. The research goal was to develop end test the use of ethnographic techniques. The project lasted five months and comprised in total five months of work by the two researchers and the student.
