1993:  Design project at Stanford University, Central Administration.

Case study where one researcher observed one of five design teams in a large design project. The overall purpose of the project was to change the current design approach from mainly managed by the University's own staff of programmers to initially being analysed and managed by professionals involved in the work which should be supported. The design team studied in the case was analysing the current central systems supporting the chart of accounts and general ledger. The team had eight members, and the project lasted for six months.
